As President of the PSEG Foundation and Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sheila is responsible for the development and implementation of policy, strategy and social investment initiatives that are aligned with the business objectives of PSEG. She also oversees corporate contributions, sponsorships and employee giving programs.

As Manager of Corporate Contributions, Marion manages PSEG’s Foundation and corporate contributions. She oversees employee giving programs such as the Educational Matching Gift, PSEG Crisis Fund and Power of Giving. Her responsibilities also include contributions governance and policy issues, as well as developing philanthropic strategy and managing external events.

As Manager of Community Affairs, Shauwea is responsible for developing the company’s community affairs strategy including board placement, stakeholder engagement and partnerships, as well as employee volunteer programming. She serves as the program officer for the foundation’s K-12 educational giving.

As the Environmental Policy Manager, Russ is primarily responsible for water policy issues facing PSEG’s operating subsidiaries. He works with the CSR&S department as the corporation’s external liaison with environmental organizations in the state and region.

In addition, she supports all aspects of foundation giving and corporate contributions. Jennifer also supports the execution of the Power of Giving and Educational Matching Gift programs.

As the Employee and Volunteer Programs Coordinator, Roben is responsible for the administration of our employee engagement activities. She oversees employee drives and manages the following employee programs – Recognizing Excellence in Volunteerism, Dollars for Doers, Support for Sports, and March of Dimes.
